I was in San Diego for bidness a few weeks ago, but was able to steal some time to walk some hoods in search of outdoor art. I was definitely rewarded for my efforts! San Diego has a program for artists to paint communication boxes across town, so that was enjoyable. And there are also some big-name muralists doing their thing. Sadly, the treasures of an outdoor mural festival were behind a locked fence.
