This is definitely a hyped-up price: "Pre-auction estimate: $2.5 to $3 Million Dollars" Nonetheless, this would've been a deal if we had landed the Powerball (we got six numbers; unfortunately, they were spread out over 10 draws...). Be interesting to see what the house goes for. Even at crazy California prices, 2.5 to 3 is high. What will the Wright upcharge on this be?
